Temporary warehouse for VALEO Vision Belgium
Valeo Lighting Systems needed temporary accommodation - and had an overwhelming list of demands. Neptunus' Evolution passed the test with flying colours.
Valeo Lighting Systems has a global network of 60 factories that produce lamps for the automotive industry. The international character of this organisation means it works with universal insurance coverage. This meant that the demands placed on a temporary building far exceeded the regional construction standards. For example, requirements included a sprinkler installation, and a flame resistant roof and walls. The roof also had to be able to cope with an extra snow load, higher than usually necessary for Belgium. Plus an internal gable was placed with internal rolling doors.
